COVID PRECAUTIONS

What is the conference doing to mitigate COVID risk this year?

  • All regsistrants, hotel guests and employees will be required to wear masks at all times.

  • All registrants for the winter symposium must show proof of vaccination.

  • A new air filtration system has been installed in the conference room and public spaces of the hotel.

  • Registration size will be limited to 30 people to safely physically distance during the conference.

  • Daily happy hour will be moved to the outdoor firepit/bar affectionately called “the beach.”

  • Boxed breakfasts will be provided to avoid physical congregation at a buffet line.

  • Extra hand sanitizer stations will be established throughout the conference room and hotel public spaces.
