COVID PRECAUTIONS
What is the conference doing to mitigate COVID risk this year?
All regsistrants, hotel guests and employees will be required to wear masks at all times.
All registrants for the winter symposium must show proof of vaccination.
A new air filtration system has been installed in the conference room and public spaces of the hotel.
Registration size will be limited to 30 people to safely physically distance during the conference.
Daily happy hour will be moved to the outdoor firepit/bar affectionately called “the beach.”
Boxed breakfasts will be provided to avoid physical congregation at a buffet line.
Extra hand sanitizer stations will be established throughout the conference room and hotel public spaces.
